Non-Medicaid rate for a Semi-Pvt Room : $2100.00 / mo.
Grayson Creek Rates:
Non-Medicaid Rate for Private Room/Private Bath:
$4500.00 / mo.
Non-Medicaid Rate for Semi-Pvt Room: $3300.00- $3800.00 depending on room type.
Non-Medicaid Rate for Memory Care: $5000.00 / mo.
Rates are ALL INCLUSIVE!!! There is no up-charge for Laundry, Cable TV, Long Distance Calls, or Transportation locally!!! Click hereto see included services.
We cannot guarantee a private room at the NC Medicaid Rate.
